GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Windstream customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-156569: Called twice in two days for help with an email issue.( Aug ** & **th) both times got very RUDE ladies. Ask for a Manager and they refused. Would not give me a Manager to report my problems one lady was laughing over the phone. Guess they know they can control who talks to who. And your site as you know does not have emails or phone number to report these folks. All you have is for more service. I am sure no one but the low paying Manager see this is they even see it. Rememeber folks Customer will kill you after a while ask GM.
