~VERY DISAPPOINTED: I purchased the product on Oct. **, **** as a gift to be given on Oct. **. It was supposed to be shipped in TWO days. As of Oct. **, ****, ***am the item is still being "processed". It has NOT yet BEEN shipped. This had happened with my previous order which arrived two days later than the expected date. I overlooked that last instance as a fluke now with what is currently happening, I think this is getting to be a pattern. Poor service!
