~IrritatedStoodUpCustomer: Non-existent human service. **At call, you have * options - service, communication (press only), & repeat message. Pressed * and there's no service whatsoever, only redirecting to non-human online help. **I wanted to report spam abuse as the NON-user (no account). The online help is lame and does not let non-users report abuse unless one has the account.
