~Terry DeLore: Not the best phone quality. kind of echoing. So i had a talk with Mark and he helped solve my game bundle. the phones were so bad he called me from his cellular device. a very nice person

~Terry DeLore: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Terry DeLore: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about XFX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Terry DeLore: For that I would say three out of five.
