~Gary Sellars: I bought a HD **** and it doesn't work with my CRT monitor yet I've had no problems with any other video cards and XFX simply shrugs their shoulders and says, "We've seen it before but don't know what to tell you. Maybe get an Nvidia.**If I'd wanted an Nvidia, I would have gotten one. I read a lot of good things about the ****. There was no warning on the box, "Doesn't work with some CRTs."
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting XFX. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a XFX problem?
~Gary Sellars: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gary Sellars: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about XFX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gary Sellars: For that I would say five out of five.

~Gary Sellars: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for XFX to know who you are.
