~anonymous: Accused me of being a terrorist when im a marine,didnt know anything about the company they work for, took me in circles for about **.* hours in total. Agents are very rude and most of them barely speak english so you have to repeat yourself over and over again for something that cost you five hundred dollars plus internet plus sixty dollar games plus fifty dollar remotes and a seventy dollar headset, for a total of $**** for a product that doesnt work half the time

~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Xbox customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
