~Quinby 67: David the "supervisor" who sounds like he is about ** years old was unwilling to help at all, because my xbox is lost and has been for over a week , not there or at fed ex. And won't do anything about unless it's gone for over ** days which is ridiculous ! David was rude and hung up on me and unwilling to even help! Maybe they should hire somebody with a little more capable with problem solving!

~Quinby 67: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Quinby 67: For that I would say two out of five.
