GetHuman-joeyurbi: I got a permanent suspension for no reason
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-joeyurbi: I was playing games when it happend and I got signed out so when i went to sign back into my account it said "Your Xbox live account has been permanently suspended". The part that got me mad the most is that I was getting spammed with reports by some random people because I made a few game clips on them and I got a message everyday for a week by Xbox Live saying "Check your online inforcment details", when I checked it said I have inappropriate content but it didn't tell me what was inappropriate about my clips. If they told me what clip it was I would've deleted it

GetHuman-joeyurbi: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-joeyurbi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-joeyurbi: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-joeyurbi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
