GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-knrhub: Each time I was prompted to enter the * letter identity confirmation code that was texted to me it didn't work. I was returned to the same login. Even after waiting for a count-down feature prior to executing the texted confirmation code, it would not recognize my computer and log me in.
