GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-426668: After several "your Call is important to us " recordings, I was disconnected. Almost * years ago Yahoo locked my account. They prompted me to set up a new account not to loose my information, which I did. When my account was "unlocked" all my emails were in the new account and my address book was erased. :o((( new recovered. Now that account has been de-activated and I have lost all my prior client communications that I referred to many times as a resourse. I do not like YAHOO or their lack of Customer service or a direct way to call or email them.

GetHuman-426668: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-426668: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-426668: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
GetHuman-426668: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
