~Frustrated Yahoo User: All numbers listed are of no help when it comes to Yahoo. All are either disconnected or are a recording directing to useless on-line help. No numbers go to live people. Yahoo is a dispicable business with no concern for their customers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
~Frustrated Yahoo User: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated Yahoo User: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
