~sunsirae polite: It's a recorder message. It tell you to go online. But online doesn't work. Yahoo doesn't have a options for you to change your number when you having problem's even trying to get into your email.

~sunsirae polite: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sunsirae polite: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sunsirae polite: For that I would say one out of five.
