Their mantra is inaccessible.**The Yahoo scream on the phone line well represents the idiocy and adolescence of the company.**This is a company whose e-mail was down for for hours recently. No explanation. **Help website are written in incomprehensible commputerese. A poorly run company.**I give this company a F- in customer relations and service. I would neve recommend yahoo to anyone. **I'm going to switch to g.mail.
