~Frustrated: Communication was awful. I talked with about * representatives each on different calls that lasted at the minimum ** minutes until ** minutes. Everyone had a terrible accent & they kept putting me on hold. The minimum hold time was * minutes & the representative would come back on the phone just to repeat the information we had already covered. They repeated EVERYTHING as if they did not understand the any information. It was so frustrating I asked for a supervisor & was told they were at a meeting. I'm not sure if this job is outsourced, but I really would have like to speak with someone who could understand me & someone that I could understand. I can't describe how painful it was. I might not ever use my credit if I have to call in to make the reservation. Its way too stressful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frustrated: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~Frustrated: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
