~Anonymnous: I had to contact Yahoo technical service. Was transfered * times. Goa a female that kept interupting me and told be they had to charge me "because of the tools they had to use". I tried to communicate with her, but shek kept intrupting me. I said to her that it was "bad customer service" she said if you will let me speak. I said I needed some who spoke english because we were not communicating and it was frustrating. She hung up on me after she interupted me numerous times. I finally called their corporate telephone number located in Santa Monica, CA. So it is now *:** pm and they do not open up until Monday. This *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

~Anonymnous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymnous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymnous: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~Anonymnous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
