GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/19/17?
GetHuman-emerald2: I have been locked out of my yahoo address since June of this year. I have tried over and over again to try and contact someone since my email was told I couldn't do it on line. So I went looking for a phone number and was and still am going round and round looking to get into my account that Has not be into by me......!*Customer Service does need a phone number for all those small issues that can't be done on line. Some of us out here like human speech and verification, Why wasn't I called from Yahoo when I gave my number to them to change the Passcode ?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
GetHuman-emerald2: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-emerald2: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-emerald2: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
GetHuman-emerald2: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
