~Terri Triplett: I waited on the line for over *hrs never did get a representative. I had to print off my intinerary for my flight and never did get it printed yet. Not happy with Yahoo and will be cancelling my account.

~Terri Triplett: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Terri Triplett: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Terri Triplett: For that I would say two out of five.

~Terri Triplett: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
