~Miztikal: I was told that there was a high number of calls and to call back later....the other number (*-***-***-****)just told me to go online then promptly disconnected the call. I'd go to the online help IF I COULD GET INTO MY YAHOO ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I could not get it to log into my mail, but it let me change my password *I thought maybe the account had been hacked or something* I'd really expected much better service from a company whose roots go back to the early days of the Internet. There seems to be a distinct push towards help being online only...this will never work because sometimes computers breakdown, internet services are subject to issues...if the only way your customers can contact you is online then there will be problems...I have had my Yahoo account for a very long time now...please don't give me reason to want to change that. *A
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
~Miztikal: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Miztikal: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Miztikal: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~Miztikal: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
