~tpdrakes: I went to the Hawkinson Kia in Matteson Il and had the best car buying experience ever. I was greeted by a new member of their sales staff Diannah Rancher who treated me like family when I came into the showroom. She walked me thru the whole process as if I had never purchased a car before and it was great. When I asked a question she answerned and I never felt like I was being hustle or rushed so she could make a sale. My time there I felt like one of the family and they valued me as a person. I purchased a **** Kia Sorrento and if you are looking for a great deal with a friendly face go see Diannah she will more than take care of you.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
~tpdrakes: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tpdrakes: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tpdrakes: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~tpdrakes: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
