GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~cjtpmm: Every phone number listed for Yahoo Customer (* numbers) all have been disconnected. I have sent a request * times for help online (** days now) and still NO RESPONSE!!!!! I am closing down my yahoo email account and switching over to Google (Gmail) Much better service, quality and most of all, you can talk to a live Customer Service Person on the phone. I have had my Yahoo account for the last ** years, but I love change. If they can't have a Customer Service Dept that TRULY care, they would have someone available to talk to. Yahoo Customer Service ranks right up there beside Walmart Customer Service. Thank goodness, we have a choice of which service to use from Respectable companies. Not Yahoo!

~cjtpmm: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cjtpmm: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cjtpmm: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~cjtpmm: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
