~Schelia's review of Yahoo customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Schelia: My account has been deactivated but I do not know my yahoo ID, so I can not get access to yahoo help either. I can not speak to a live person so I am just stuck and have important information that I need to get in my email account. This is the worse service I have ever experience and I do not know why you would deactivate my account anyway. I do not like how yahoo want except the password I want to use. Then you deactivate my account. Please reinstate my account asap and or contact me via phone (***-***-**** cell) or email: *****@***.com. I can not lose my email account I have too much important things and school and business that I must get. This is so tacky of you not to have a live person to speak with. What is going on with yahoo. Your service is not good at all. I am very disappointed.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
~Schelia: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Schelia: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Schelia: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~Schelia: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Schelia taken from his Yahoo customer service problem that occurred on November 22nd, 2017.
