GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-12491: Waited so far one hour and still waiting. I've tried calling, and e-mail and you simply get a single person. And on the rare occasion they decide to e-mail you back they don't listen and don't help. I believe they have hired a bunch of people hating (especially if you're not a libtard liberal) dimwitted workers. They should be ashamed. I'll be looking for other alternatives here on out. I will no longer it or use anything even connected to yahoo and Facebook again.

GetHuman-12491: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-12491: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-12491: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-12491: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
