GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Nick32141: Your customer care and phone support is terrible. You treat your advertizers that are paying as if you could care less if they are on a phone for an hour then you send them to a message machine. You don't do what you say you will for your advertizers. The business advertising I am paying for that you now post online in my local area is the wrong business information. And you can't fix it. You are terrible. And my lawyer also agrees. They are the worst support I have ever seen. Don't answer the phone. Email to them is a joke. This has been going on for over a month. But they are still taking my money. I think its time for legal action.

~Nick32141: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Nick32141: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nick32141: For that I would say two out of five.

~Nick32141: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
