~sick of it: shun *Yahoo* they have horrible service and make it impossible to fix it. If you have something happen to ur password, your made to change it completely against your will. Also this messes up your phone app to yahoo mail. Rage rage rage.... I shun Yahoo. Sick of it.

~sick of it: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sick of it: For that I would say two out of five.

~sick of it: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
