GetHuman-295489: On ****** I visited your Store No. ** in the Wilton Mall at Saratoga Springs, NY, *****. I went there to purchase the new scented flower fragrance diffusers for Mothers Day gifts. Kelly was the saleslady who showed me what was available and answered my questions. Unfortunately, there were no Lavender Vanilla diffusers at that store. As I do not travel much, she offered to call the closest store located at Crossgates Mall in Albany. She offered to personally pick up the diffusers from that store and bring them to the Saratoga store so I could pick them up the next day, which I did, as well as buy a third diffuser. You are very lucky to have such a wonderfully caring, giving person in your employ. She was delightful to speak with and very informative and helpful. I greatly appreciate her assistance and that she went the extra mile to make sure I purchased what I wanted. I hope you notice her ability and assets. Jacqueline A. Benish
