~TakenbyYelp: I just signed up for Yelp, thinking it might help build exposure for our new clinic. We encouraged patients to go online and rate their experience. The next day I logged on to see the ratings and Yelp added a video saying these testimonials are not accurate and took away all our * stars! Are you kidding me? Now I'm trying to call to figure out why they would do that and there of course is no way to get a hold of any of them. CRAZY, I'm going to cancel my account, these people ****.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yelp. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yelp problem?
~TakenbyYelp: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TakenbyYelp: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TakenbyYelp: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yelp customers?
~TakenbyYelp: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yelp to know who you are.
