~true blue: They practice a common trend of horrible businesses by hoping that the eternal wait time will exasperate you to the point of hanging up. Yet, Yelp turds will call my business monthly trying to lure me in to their extortion ploy. Nope never! Yelp founder and scummy employees are cockroaches.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yelp. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yelp problem?
~true blue: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~true blue: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~true blue: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yelp customers?
