~Diamond Dj's: They will not take your call, and refer you to the yelp.com*contact but there is no email address to send my question to..its impossible to contact anyone!! I think its time to cancel my advertising with them and cancel my account!! This is ridiculous!!

~Diamond Dj's: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Diamond Dj's: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Diamond Dj's: For that I would say two out of five.

~Diamond Dj's: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yelp to know who you are.
