~YELP SUCKS!!!: YELP ***** in all the ways can be. No one answer the phones, it keeping you back and forward trough answer machines. Horrible experience. Some one need to close this YELP ****!!!!! Is worthless.

~YELP SUCKS!!!: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~YELP SUCKS!!!: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
