~Charles Nelson: this company yelp is a terrible company they never answer the phones i left multiple massages and they never call me. back i have a big problem with with this yelp company people have rite good reviews about my company then * days later my review are gone due to yelp having a filter on my account. i want to say that i am about to cancel my business account with this bad company i don't recommend yelp to any one at all YELP IS the worse company of all

~Charles Nelson: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Charles Nelson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Charles Nelson: For that I would say four out of five.

~Charles Nelson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yelp to know who you are.
