~HVAC GUY: this site is terrible. *** dollars a month and no calls from it at a at all in the first month. don't buy this service. the rules they have are also way too strict. they denied my picture on my profile because my face was not in the picture.. very stupid rule.

~HVAC GUY: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HVAC GUY: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HVAC GUY: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yelp customers?
~HVAC GUY: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yelp to know who you are.
