~jane: i spoke to a polite helpful lady, who took the information efficiently and asked all the right questions. please can you add an on line question.Not my parcel, how do I let you know? this would have saved me so much time and frustration as I had to type talk to Yodel to find a phone number and that stupid system on the card does not allow you to talk to anyone or have an option for informing yodel that the delivery man can not read *inch high letters stating the house name next to the gate he*she walked through which did not match or bear any resemblance to the actual address on the parcel.

~jane: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jane: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yodel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jane: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yodel customers?
~jane: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yodel to know who you are.
