~PissedOff: Double billed for ** months. Refunded for * of the **. When looking for the remaining * refunds that still haven't gone through, no way of contacting without leaving numerous messages. They were much more helpful when they were originally YouSendIt.com. Now being HighTail Inc, customer service absolutely *****. They'll be out of business within a year probably.
