~CHACO: I was helped by an associate named Kurt.*He was very helpful and courteous. I had been double billed for several months, due to an additional account that was accidently opened over a year ago. Yousendit is refunding me all of the * last secondary billings of this year. That is just great. Excellent job. Thank you.
