~romotec: no live support , useless web support , no support for YouTube ever since google took over youtube experience *****! Google * is forcing people in droves to migrate to set up accounts but they don't deliver on the goods. I'm thinking of deleting everything google! the only thing google has ever done well is the search engine and google maps everything else is a JOKE !!! Very frustrating experience!

~romotec: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~romotec: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other YouTube customers?
~romotec: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
