~mesammylee: When I first called for a quote I encounter a very nice man who was very helpful. I only needed a refrigerator moved across town. I agreed to the $*** fee, which was very reasonable compared to the other movers I contacted, and was give a **-* time slot. On the day of the move I called in the morning to confirm, the man who answered this time told me that I would be contacted around * by the mover himself. @:** I called them, same man said he will be calling u shortly. *:** I called again, same man, said to hold on called driver left him a message and said for me to call him back in a few minutes. *:** called back, different man this time, he said they don't call drivers during moves, won't, that I have to wait. I told him we were almost * hrs out from our latest time and the other guy was calling the driver. He said if he didn't call me yet he wasn't coming and I have to wait. He told me I could call someone else. He was extremely rude. During this call the driver finally called me. H
