GetHuman-379489: Made * phone calls on Monday to the * on the catalog and * calls on Tuesday (each time being told to call back when lines were less busy), I called the *** number and got the same message. I called again and immediately dialed "*" and was put on hold ** min. When I got an order taker, she was more than helpful and apologetic that it took so many phone calls and a wait until I reached her. I never had trouble reaching the company before until now.
