~What review?: I need to know WHY I can't log in. The password I typed in was rejected, yet they acknowledge that there is already an account with my email address. I know there is, I opened an account. But there is NO BUTTON to click on to retrieve my password, and I sure do not want to have to establish another email account just to be able to create a new account with Zillow. VERY VERY user UNfriendly.

~What review?: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~What review?: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zillow's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
