~Peter: I still have not been able to reach anyone even after ALL the time I've wasted waiting for a reply.*I want to cancel my subscribtion but it seems that this site has been designed to make that very difficult to do. I do not want to have my subscribtion to this re-newed. Give me a contact number that works so I can cancel my subscribtion.

~Peter: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Peter: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zoosk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Peter: For that I would say five out of five.

~Peter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zoosk to know who you are.
