~Dissatisfied: I recently purchased some merchandise through Zulily. After waiting * *** weeks I received my merchandise damaged. After calling Zulily they told me that I had to provide photographs of the damaged merchandise to them so they could provide photographs of the damaged merchandise to their vendor so the vendor could then make a determination as to whether or not a refund or replacement was warranted. Apparently Zulily is in the business of inconveniencing people, & apparently the customer is wrong until they can prove their case through photographic evidence. They got me don't let them get you. This is a garbage company That does not stand behind the merchandise it sells. You would think a bunch of hipsters would know how to be a little more empathetic. Do not order anything from Zulily... They will wait three weeks and then send you some broken overpriced garbage...all sales final.

~Dissatisfied: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dissatisfied: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zulily's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dissatisfied: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zulily customers?
~Dissatisfied: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zulily to know who you are.
