~nikki: They sent me two dresses that were marked as "small" but in reality were more like a meduim*large. They wasnted to give me a syore credit and I wanted it refunded to my credit card. So far they have not refunded it and I am filing a complaint with the BBB

~nikki: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nikki: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zulily's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nikki: For that I would say five out of five.
