~Rakel Holmberg : Costumer service is a joke when you unable to speak to a representative about issues you don't have a costumer service. I've been scammed out of hundreds of dollars and I can't even speak to a rep. I'm sick and tired of being illegally scammed out of money and the game is fixed and ensures I lose to get ( steal) more money

~Rakel Holmberg : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rakel Holmberg : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rakel Holmberg : For that I would say one out of five.
