~Danny Port: I called and wasn't expecting to get anywhere. After reading all the reviews and complaints. The customer service person was very polite and help me with the new Game Card l purchased. for some reason it wasn't working at all, it continued to reject the card. After speaking with the Customer service person, she was able to correct and help. IT WORKED !!!
