~ART: I have made three purchases of chips in the last month. One for $**.** and two for $**.**. After each purchase i seldom won any big post and my stack of chips constantly dwindled. No matter how I played. If i had three * and made a bet a player would have three **, if i had a straight they would have a flush, if I had three * with a king they would have three * with a king. This is BS pure and simple. I want to know how you program lets one person at a table constantly win and especially the big pots. I want to know why I am a constant loser especially on big pots.**I think your program is designed to identify those that purchase chips from you and that it lets them win small pots until they have no more and are forced to purchase more chips.**Should I have my State Attorney General look into this matter? The way you game is set up now it is frustrating to play for * weeks and constantly lose. You and i know that is BS! I have played actual poker for years and never had this

~ART: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ART: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ART: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zynga customers?
~ART: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
