~Sharon Ensminger McDonald: I have tried to contact Zynga support for weeks with no resolutions to my request. They reply with suggestions that I have already said I have tried. I am not a new comer to Zynga games. I have been playing fro years and have been buying the credits for various games to get premium items and I have not gottne any respose from email support requests for day ... with no help for my problems . I am just about ready to BoyCot zynga games and ask my **** * facebook friends to help me

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sharon Ensminger McDonald: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sharon Ensminger McDonald: For that I would say three out of five.
