~Frances ellen louise ketchell: Yes hi my name is frances ketchell and i would like to make a complaint about zynga poker on facebook.They went and suspended my account took my chips away that i had left in the game which was a total of ***mil and that i had spent real cash on that to get them to play and i also went into there site asking for them to reactivate my account and to help me aswell and i have waited a whole month for them to get back to me and the funny thing is that i have'nt recieved one email back from them which i found really unfair.so i was wondering f you could help me.I have contacted zynga customer support for a whole month now and they have'nt done anything to help me and all i was asking them was for them to reactivate my account in facebook so that could play again.And it was so ungreatful for them taking my chips that i paid for away from me.So could you's please help me i just want my zynga poker account reactivated again so that i could play and enjoy the game like all the other players.i'
