~Frustrated one: There is no customer service by phone. I got my kit and tried to register it. They say they send you an e-mail with a password reset link...it doesn't work!!! I have the kit am excited to move forward, the web site says *-* days for response with online inquiry!!!!!

~Frustrated one: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about 23andMe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frustrated one: For that I would say one out of five.

~Frustrated one: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for 23andMe to know who you are.
