~Ms.Jones: The customer service line is not a line to correct or solve the problem, its just a voice to take a message to pass on the next available person. I am totally aware of the fact that an investigation has to be done when a complaint has been filed but, my problem could've been solve by calling this number probabably other complaints. Just totally unsatisfied with my customer service experience. It was totally unjustified.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting 7-Eleven. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a 7-Eleven problem?
~Ms.Jones: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ms.Jones: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about 7-Eleven's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ms.Jones: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other 7-Eleven customers?
~Ms.Jones: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for 7-Eleven to know who you are.
