~Julia in NH: I called because I had sent in my membership dues * weeks prior, and I kept getting promotional mail. The fellow on the other end was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, explaining that promos are mailed out * weeks in advance. He also explained that it takes * weeks from when they receive payment to send out membership cards, and * -* weeks to get their promotional free travel bag. ~Julia in NH: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Julia in NH: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AARP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Julia in NH: For that I would say five out of five.
