~Meme: First time waited ** minutes. I could hear speaking in background. Woman identified herself then said nothing. After * minutes or so she said if you do not speak I am hanging up. I was speaking! Call disconnected. Called back second time and waited about ** minutes. Someone picked up the phone then hung up.
